About Funky Movers
My name is Jaspreet Singh, and I founded “Funky Movers” with a clear mission: to make moving easier, more affordable, and stress-free for everyone, especially those who need it most. After moving from Dubai to Canada just 3 years ago (in 2023), I quickly realized how challenging it was to find reliable, reasonably priced moving services. When I relocated from Vancouver to ottawa and Gatineau, I struggled to get the help I needed without breaking the bank. This personal experience inspired me to create Funky Movers, where we focus on providing high-quality, affordable service with a personal touch.
At Funky Movers, trust and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. I’ve built a team of professionals who are not only skilled but also genuinely care about making your move as smooth as possible. Every team member is carefully vetted, with background checks and police clearance for your peace of mind. We understand that moving can be overwhelming, and our goal is to take that burden off your shoulders, treating your belongings with the care and respect they deserve.
I’m especially passionate about helping students, seniors, and anyone who might feel the pressures of moving. We offer highly competitive pricing because I believe that a quality service should be accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford high costs. I know firsthand how a good move can transform a new chapter in life, and it brings me genuine happiness to know that we’re playing a part in that transformation.
I also want to express special thanks to Brett Macnab, owner of 3lite Mover, who helped me build this platform and has always been there whenever I needed assistance.
Choosing Funky Movers means choosing reliability, professionalism, and care—qualities that reflect my commitment to building a service you can trust. Let us handle the hard work so you can focus on settling into your new home. I invite you to get in touch for a free, no-obligation quote, and see how we can make your move as smooth and affordable as possible.
